Perencanaan pendidikan berkelanjutan memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model perencanaan pendidikan berkelanjutan yang efektif dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, dengan fokus pada implementasi strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Model ini mencakup komponen utama seperti pengembangan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model perencanaan yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa, keterampilan pedagogis guru, dan hasil akademik secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi praktis untuk implementasi model di lapangan serta arah penelitian selanjutnya.
