Keterampilan Mengingat Kosakata Bahasa Arab Melalui Strategi Mind Mapping

Abstrak

Strategies used by teachers are efforts to make the active learning become more active and effective in an optimal. Therefore, mind mapping strategy chosen as one of the strategies that use experiences, stimulus and senses are able to strengthen the memory. The purpose of this research is:to improve vocabularies recall skill with the Arabic grammar contained therein after students follow the learning by using mind mapping method. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Islam, Sukodono-Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. The subject of the research were 5th graders amounting to 30 students. This research was conducted using classroom action research method using cycle method. The results of the research showed that the four language skills that became the goal of learning can be achieved, even they are able to put the right words in the right sentence according to Arabic grammar. With the achievement of the four language skills, this indicates that they understand the meaning of the word in the sentence as a whole. This understanding is also achieved from many vocabulary that they are able to save well and able them to come back when needed. Therefore, the implication of using mind mapping strategies in Arabic language learning has achieved the desired goals. And the goal is students are able to recall vocabulary that has been learned without significant difficulty, and able to understand Arabic grammar in the vocabulary.
