Pemberdayaan Walimurid RA Al-Hikmah Melalui Pendampingan Pembuatan APE Pengembangan Kognitif Di Watesumpak Trowulan Mojokerto

Abstrak

The essence of APE (Educational Game Tool) is anything that can be used as a means or a game tool that contains educational value and can develop all aspects of children's abilities, both those from the surrounding environment and those that have been made. As parents of early childhood, they should be able to assess and choose toys that are not only interesting and unique, but the most important thing is whether these toys are useful for 6 aspects of children's development or are otherwise not useful at all or even detrimental. From the above background, we carried out empowerment activities for RA Al-Hikmah student guardians through assistance in making APE for Cognitive development in Watesumpak Trowulan. The stages or steps taken in mentoring RA Al-Hikmah's student guardians in making APE for language development include education, training, mentoring and evaluation of mentoring. With this assistance, researchers received good appreciation from the parents and the principal of RA Al-Hikmah for providing new information and inspiration regarding children's learning methods in improving early childhood cognitive development. Based on the results of the mentoring program, it shows that this simple APE for children's Cognitive development has a good educational value in terms of its simple and easy-to-obtain materials and a variety of ways to use it.
