Pengolahan Paska Panen Telur Ayam Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Desa Tebas Gondangwetan Pasuruan
Abstrak
This community service activity was carried out to local residents in the village of Tebas, Gondangwetan sub-district, Pasuruan Regency with the aim of improving the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic by post-harvest processing of chicken eggs produced by farmers from the village. The knowledge of the people of Tebas Village, Gondangwetan District, Pasuruan Regency, regarding post-harvest processing of chicken eggs in laying hens is still quite lacking In fact, if post-harvest chicken eggs are used or processed in such a way, it will attract more consumers' attention so that the harvested eggs are not only sold raw. The purpose of this assistance is to provide motivation and knowledge about post-harvest processing of chicken eggs to improve the economy of the people of Tebas Village, Gondangwetan District, Pasuruan Regency, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today. Methods of execution used in this assistance is as follows; the first stage is to provide counseling or knowledge about post-harvest processing, the second is to provide assistance or direct practice of post-harvest processing of chicken eggs. The last stage is providing entrepreneurial motivation to the community so that they can continue to develop entrepreneurship in post-harvest processing of chicken eggs. The results that can be obtained by the people of Tebas Village, Gondangwetan District, Pasuruan Regency from post-harvest processing of chicken eggs are that they can have a positive impact on the surrounding community and can continue to be developed. the conclusion is that the people of Tebas Village so far still do not know about post-harvest processing of chicken eggs into interesting new products, so that when there is counseling like ours, they respond well to what we do.
