Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur terkait implementasi Pendidikan Berbasis Hasil (Outcome-Based Education/OBE) dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Pendekatan OBE menekankan pada pencapaian hasil belajar yang spesifik, relevan, dan dapat diukur, sehingga memberikan ruang untuk inovasi pedagogis yang berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi siswa secara holistik. Dalam konteks PAI, pendekatan ini relevan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dengan keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan literasi digital. Tinjauan pustaka ini mencakup analisis konseptual OBE, prinsip-prinsip implementasinya, dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengajaran PAI di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi OBE dalam PAI dapat meningkatkan relevansi kurikulum, memperkuat keterkaitan antara teori dan praktik, serta mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Namun, tantangan utama dalam implementasi OBE mencakup kesiapan guru, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta keselarasan antara tujuan OBE. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan pelatihan bagi pendidik, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, dan adaptasi kurikulum yang berbasis hasil untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas pendekatan ini. Dengan demikian, OBE berpotensi menjadi paradigma pembelajaran yang strategis dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan Islam menuju era globalisasi.
