IMPLEMENTATION OF STEAM-BASED SCIENCE LEARNING TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES ON THE MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF LIGHT CLASS IV-A DI MI AMIRUDDIN
Abstrak
This research discusses the application of STEAM-based IPA learning models (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) to improve the learning outcomes of class IV-A learners at MI AmiruddinBlendren. The purpose of this study is that after the implementation of this STEAM learning model will be able to improve students' learning outcomes on the material properties of light. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, with the subject of class IV-A MI research AmiruddinBlendren year in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year with a total of 32 learners consisting of 17 boys and 15 girls. Data collection in this study is to use the pre-test and post-test scores of learners.The results of this study are an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-test and post-test questions. With the improvement of student learning outcomes in this learning material, it is expected for all teachers to innovate and find a suitable learning model so that students do not feel bored in every learning.
