Discipline is a sense of obedience and obedience to the value of trust and responsibility. Discipline is the effort undertaken to instill the value or coercion of the subject to obey a rule. According to Hurlock in the world of children, appreciation is a very educative way. So that every time the child shows up, performing a disciplined attitude then they deserve rewards, rewards or rewards, which are modeled on the economic tokens they can accumulate and exchange for something of value. Thus the researcher wanted to know the effective economic token or not in improving the early childhood discipline in group A in RA AL-AKBAR Sukoanyar Mojokerto academic year 2016-2017. The method used in this research is the quasi experimental method of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling using Nonprobability Sampling technique. While the type of sample used in this study is Purposive Sampling. The result of the research shows that before the existence of this method of rewarding the student's discipline is not maximal but after this method the student is more discipline again.
