Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Transformasi ini menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melakukan inovasi dalam sistem pengelolaan pendidikan agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen pendidikan berbasis teknologi dalam era Artificial Intelligence serta implikasinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta dokumen akademik yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Artificial Intelligence dalam manajemen pendidikan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi administrasi pendidikan, serta kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan juga mendorong terciptanya sistem pendidikan yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, transformasi manajemen pendidikan berbasis teknologi menjadi kebutuhan strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital.
Abstract
The development of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in various sectors of human life, including the field of education. This technological transformation encourages educational institutions to innovate in their educational management systems in order to adapt to the rapid advancement of technology. This study aims to analyze the transformation of technology-based educational management in the era of Artificial Intelligence and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. The research data were obtained from various literature sources such as books, scientific journal articles, and other academic documents relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis to identify key concepts and findings related to the utilization of technology in educational management. The results of the study indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence-based technology in educational management can enhance decision-making effectiveness, improve the efficiency of educational administration, and support the improvement of learning quality. Furthermore, the implementation of digital technology in educational management systems contributes to the development of a more adaptive, innovative, and responsive education system that meets the needs of learners in the digital era. Therefore, the transformation of technology-based educational management has become a strategic necessity for educational institutions in addressing the challenges and dynamics of education in the era of Artificial Intelligence.
