Ilmu administrasi sebagai disiplin ilmu telah berkembang pesat sejak awal kemunculannya dan kini memainkan peran krusial dalam organisasi publik maupun swasta. Artikel ini membahas perkembangan ilmu administrasi, konsep-konsep utama, serta tantangan yang dihadapi di era globalisasi. Dalam konteks yang lebih luas, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana faktor kepemimpinan, kebijakan publik, dan inovasi teknologi membentuk dinamika administrasi modern. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis komparatif, artikel ini mengidentifikasi tren masa depan yang akan memengaruhi praktik administrasi di tingkat global.
