HIBRIDISASI TRADISI DAN KERUKUNAN UMAT BERAGAMA (Studi Kasus Intern Umat Islam di Jampirogo Sooko Mojokerto)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk identitas kultur lokal pada masyarakat Kedungpring; menganalisis konstruksi interpenetrasi kolektivitas identitas antar identitas lokalitas masyarakat Kedungpring, dan; menganalisis bingkai hibridisasi tradisi masyarakat Kedungpring dalam rangka membangun kerukunan intern umat Islam. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode kualitatif dengan menekankan pada analisis interpretatif terkait fenomena yang diamati.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Bentuk dan perubahan identitas kultur lokal masyarakat Kedungpring-Jampirogo terjadi melalui ambivalensi identitas kultural, deterritorialisasi identitas kultural, modifikasi tradisi (manakib dan khataman), dan kreolisasi kultural (antara ganjaran dan maksiat, antara nasib dan ’nasab’, dan keluk; antara ibadah dan syirik). (2) Konstruksi interpenetrasi kolektivitas identitas antar identitas lokalitas terjadi melalui perubahan bahasa. (3) Bingkai hibridisasi tradisi terbangun melalui interaksi interpenetrasi antar identitas lokalitas; interaksi interpenetrasi antar identitas lokalitas terbangun identitas kolektif; dan melalui bangunan identitas kolektif inilah terbangun kerukunan intern umat Islam masyarakat Jampirogo, Sooko, Mojokerto.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the form of local cultural identity in Kedungpring community; analyze the construction of interpenetration of identity collectivity between local identity of Kedungpring community, and; analyze the frame of hybridization of Kedungpring community tradition in order to build internal harmony of Muslims. The research method used is qualitative method by emphasizing on interpretative analysis related to the observed phenomenon.
The research results show: (1) Forms and changes of local cultural identity of Kedungpring-Jampirogo community occur through ambivalence of cultural identity, deterritorialization of cultural identity, modification of tradition (manakib and khataman), and cultural creolization (between reward and sin, between fate and 'nasab', and keluk; between worship and shirk). (2) The construction of identity collectivity interpenetration between locality identities occurs through language change. (3) The frame of hybridization of tradition is built through the interaction of interpenetration between locality identities; the interaction of interpenetration between locality identities builds collective identity; and through this collective identity building, the internal harmony of the Muslim community of Jampirogo, Sooko, Mojokerto is built.
